Gina Benedict: Thank you for visiting my profile! I'm a dreamer, who will never stop pushing myself out of my comfort zone and evolving. Every morning I say my prayers of gratitude and thank the Lord above for all his blessings, before my feet hit the floor! I believe we all have a purpose in life! I embrace change, and am a perpetual student of the greatness one can achieve in life. My energy, tenacity, and perseverance are my greatest strengths, and I am passionate to learn as much in this lifetime and share it with the world as possible. There is no filter with me, you will love me or hate me. I don't believe anyone should limit themselves in life. If you want something bad enough, you will do the work and be patient. Trust the process, because without it, you have NoThing! Besides health and fitness, one of my greatest passions is to photograph food, to create healthy and delicious meals! I'm a work in progress... and wouldn't have it any other way;)
